Bracewell still to make Colly Decision - 13 Oct

Fulham boss Paul Bracewell refused to be drawn into a decision on the future of striker Stan Collymore.

The £7million Collymore, who is set to end his loan spell with the Cottagers on Friday, grabbed his first goal
for the club against West Brom to earn Fulham a place in the last 16 of the Worthington Cup.

``Stan got a smashing goal - I was delighted for him,'' said Bracewell.

``His loan is up on Friday and that is when a decision will be made. I will be meeting Stan and his agent and
out of courtesy I will also be talking with Aston Villa.''

Collymore who grabbed his first goal for Fulham with a powerful 48th minute header to end Albion's
unbeaten 13-match start to the season, refused to comment after the game.

But Paul Peschisolido who grabbed Fulham's other goal against Albion, was quick to praise Collymore who
he described as ``a great lad.''

The little Canadian striker added: ``Stan is popular in the dressing room and he gets on really well with the
rest of the players. He has probably not done himself any favours by remaining silent.''

West Brom boss Brian Little, who signed Collymore for £7million when he was in charge at Villa Park, said:
``Stan came on as sub and he scored again.

``I am more concerned about the fact that we lost in open play against 10 men when we should have done a
     lot better.''
