The added responsibility is a result of Alan Thompson missing two penalties,  Paul Merson missing his penalty,  and then against Liverpool Dion Dublin missing a penalty to seal his second hat trick in 2 games.

It is a positive sign from Villa boss John Gregory that all is well after the Liverpool fracas; when Stan Collymore was sent off against his former club for two bookable offenses.

Stan Collymore returns to the city ground this weekend after leaving behind some of his best memories to join Liverpool.  Collymore played arguably his best ever football for Nottingham Forest,  linking up with Dutch striker Bryan Roy to form the most prolific strike force that year.
