Is Oakes good enough to replace Bosnich?
With Mark Bosnich set to leave in the summer on a free transfer,
the question was put to you on Michael Oakes' credentials. His first
game of the season was the 4-1 thrashing by Chelsea, he then played in the
3-1 thrashing from Celta Viga, and more recently the 4-2 defeat by Liverpool.
He is averaging 3 goals conceded a game, compared to Villa's mean defense
when Bosnich was playing.
Quite surprisingly, the voters are unsure about Oakes - here are the results.
