The Aston Villa mailing list is a discussion via email between Villa fans worldwide. The list server, based in England, allows members to post a message to just one address (Villa@mcc.ac.uk) and then all subscribed members receive a copy of the message.
To subscribe to the list send email to : majordomo@mcc.ac.uk with the message body saying subscribe villa
To subscribe to the digested version, which rather then sending you each individual message combines them together and sends for example 20 at a time.  This means you only get three or 4 mails a day but still get all the messages - send email to : majordomo@mcc.ac.uk with the message body saying subscribe villa-digest
