Gregory was part of Littles back team staff at both Leicester and Villa before moving away to become manager of Wycome 18 months ago. 

The move has surprised many as it seems a 'big name' was wanted and not a nobody.
Gregory is back at Villa for his third spell, originally a Villa player then Little's assistant and now Little's successor. 

Gregory has 10 caps for England and 18 months managerial experience - but is that enough for a club like Villa?
